Shipping & Handling

Shipping is how we get the stuff over to you. This is how we do it.


We are doing our best to keep shipping costs down and getting your items to you as fast as we can. A Ring Flash is $8 anywhere in the world, the double flash bracket is $6. We also charge $0.5-$3 for each additional item depending on its size.


For Domestic Shipping (i.e. inside the US) we have teamed up with the good guys at One World Direct. They are an experienced bunch of people and they ship fast and accurately. For anything within the US we ship Priority Mail. And you will be provided with a tracking number.


International shipping goes out from Europe (non EU). We use registered Air mail, which means that you will have some info about your shipping – at least a shipping confirmation. Sometimes more, depending on your country’s postal support, but usually not a lot more. You can track your international orders here. International shipping goes out twice a week: Sunday and Wednesday.


International shipping may take up to one month to arrive, depending mostly on how nice the customs officers feel on a particular day. Please note that we mark our shipments with accurate data about the value of the sale, and any related customs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Bokeh Masters Kit is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or undelivered shipments on orders that do not include tracking or insurance. There are no returns, refunds, or charge backs permitted for international orders shipped via standard post. If you do not agree to this, please do not place the order. We make a huge effort to make sure every single one of our kits is in perfect shape.

We accept returns of unopened products (i.e. in new condition). Please make sure you have an  RMA number before returning a kit. We accept returns within 15 days from their ship date. Please use the form on the Contact page. Unless the return is due to an error by Bokeh Masters Kit, shipping and return shipping can not be refunded. Sorry, we can not accept returns for any open product. Thanks for your understanding.
